Thanks a lot for this decision. To deal MHA Fcra rules in pandemic. I got SBI NDMB Fcra account on March 31st the same day I have applied for approval certificate via FC6C on 31st March 2021. But still Iam not get MHA approval certificate so how can I receive foreign funds and how can I help to our people Covid help through my charitie. I am requesting plz need to permission utility of Old FCRA account to receive foreign donations up to 3 months. Regards
it’s not a decision. Various NGOs are approaching courts and authorities to relax the norms but it hasn’t been done till now. Decision is awaited
