Handholding the organizations from formation of societies/trusts to operational optimization, from introducing best practices by implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assisting such organizations in making optimum usage of resources and from ensuring legal compliances to implement better internal controls.

Mission and Vision
The team of NGOenabler works on the objective of enabling the organizations to organize, compile and evolve for creating a better society. Through our capacity building programs we want that such organizations to have more informed management and reduce dependency on funds by taking measures towards becoming self-sustaining.
Management Team
The team behind NGOenabler comprises of professional experts who has been associated and working with more than 250 NGOs in the Eastern part of the country. They believe in providing services to charitable organizations with same love and affection which such organizations show towards helping the society and poor.
The founder, Mr. Ravindra Kumar Agarwal, chartered accountant by profession is an expert in the field of consultancy to NGOs with now over more than two decades of experience and knowledge. He is assisted by more than 50 team members comprising of experts from different fields related to NGOs. He has been instrumental in the successful setting up and formulation of well known societies and trusts in the Eastern Part of the country. Under his able guidance, NGOenabler seeks to move towards accomplishing its Vision and Mission of enabling the NGOs by making them self-sustaining.
Mr. Ashis Agarwal, another chartered accountant by profession has also imbibed the values of the founder member and has taken an initiative to assist NGOs in evolving and making the world a better place. With prior working experience in Tata Steel, he is now associated with more than 250 NGOs established all over India and has now entered into this venture with the founder member to bring about a technological and positive change in the working of NGOs by handholding them throughout.
