 Yet again we have come up with the 17th edition of our newsletter on the topic “Compliances under WB Societies Act” relevant for the societies registered in West Bengal but since most of the provisions and clauses have been taken from the parent act “Societies Registration Act 1860” , for all those states registered outside West Bengal, might  also have to comply more or  less with the same provisions.
